SELF-PACED LEARNING
Live Training
Mindful Mentorship includes both individual and group 1:1 work. Once you are introduced to the Somatic Awakening Coaching Method, you will begin practicing the method and receiving mentorship in preparation for certification. Mindful Mentorship also entails group sessions to support your expansion and education through the program as a whole.
One-on-one and group sessions are delivered via Zoom. The initial focus is on personal mastery and self-transformation, while further into the program, you will be mastering more client-focused approaches from the Somatic Awakening Coaching Method.
SAA is accessible to students globally in our virtual portal, Kajabi, where pre-recorded sessions and videos, workbooks, manuals, and community collaboration are accessible. After the first two modules, you will be provided a calm, mindful drip of content to consume at your own pace.

How do I access the program?
The Somatic Awakening Coaching Certification is virtual and can be accessed worldwide. Group coaching sessions are hosted live via Zoom, and afterward the recordings can be accessed via Kajabi. Pre-recorded sessions, online workbooks, and modules are hosted in Kajabi.
Does this program include a community?
We provide a community platform via Kajabi where you will have access to connect with your peers and discuss coaching sessions, connect with practice partners, collaborate, and more.
How long do I have access to the program?
You will have lifetime access to the course and modules. You will have access to the community while enlisted in the program.
How do I know this is right for me?
We hope you feel it in your gut...but you may still need to have that connection to your intuition and inner wisdom. We will teach you how to annihilate agonizing indecision and begin living from your inner knowing so you never have to seek external validation again. Not only that, you will gain the expertise and wisdom to guide your clients to connect and harness their inner wisdom and intuition.

Additionally, our Authentically Abundant Catalysts module guides you in the basics of a creating a sustainable, successful coaching business for yourself. We have additional measures to support you in your endeavors, like our Mindful Mentorship program as well.
Are there requirements to join?
Our program delivers a methodology and process for trainees to integrate into a variety of modalities such as: Psychologists, Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, Meditation Teachers, Educators, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists & Body Workers, Hypnotherapists, Kinesiologists, Complementary & Alternative Medicine Professionals, Yoga Therapists and Yoga Teachers, Movement Therapists, Coaches, Physicians (MD, DO, ND, DC & others) & Physician Assistants, Nurses & Nurse Practitioners, Emergency Medical Personnel, Clergy & Religious Leaders, Pastoral Counselors, and other Wellness Professionals.
Trainees are required to come from one (or more) of these backgrounds to join the program. Ultimately, this is an educational training and certification, not a licenser program.
